System administrators have the ability to assign rights and privileges to specific users ensuring that the school always has the final say as to who has access to what aspects of the system. We use MD5 Encryptions for our passwords, RC4 encryptions for our files and data, and Spiral Systems is 128-bit SSL encrypted, so it does not suffer from the same vulnerabilities as applications that have been retrofitted for the web.
