Spiral Software Systems provides customers with the skills and knowledge needed to understand and effectively use computers, the internet and our software. We offer a variety of training workshops which can take place onsite at your school, online through the internet, or offsite at our Great Neck, NY office.
Our training staff is knowledgeable, and patient, and has extensive experience working with administrators, educators, and students with a wide variety of computer skills. We identify clients who need more help, and focus the proper attention to ensure that the transition is easy and comfortable.

Provides a basic understanding of Spiral, its main features, and core functionality. We highlight the key benefits for each user, and focus on instructing each group of Administrators, Teachers, Students and Parents with the basic skills they need to use our software.
Shares a more detailed analysis of our system architecture and feature sets. These sessions allow users to graduate and enhance their skill level to the next level, allowing users to master newly introduced features and settings.
Presents experienced Spiral clients with training focused on the use and trouble shooting of advanced features. Small, intimate training sessions allow clients to suggest and apply new and customized operations and sequences to processes they have already mastered.
Workshop for customers seeking the opportunity to enhance their skills and work with more advanced features. Through one-on-one training sessions focusing on concentrated features such as scheduling, billing, report creation, test generation plus many others, we are able to provide a higher level of competency to eager educators.
