Automated Backup
Spiral Software performs backups approximately every hour in a highly
automated process, minimizing data loss in the event of a server
crash. We provide automatic database maintenance and regularly
scheduled backup plans for each school. In comparison, schools
today typically backup only once per day and even these backups
are frequently missed for a variety of reasons (employees out of
the office). Spiral Software offers far more protection because
of its frequent data backups.
Data Archival
Any hardware in any location is subject to vandalism, fire, and natural
catastrophes. Many organizations have experienced major network outages,
and loss of data because of a disgruntled employee, delinquent student,
fire, flood, computer and hard drive failures, etc. Most educational institutions

archives your data at regularly scheduled intervals the risk of data loss
