The integration stage is where we combine the efforts of your school and our company by bringing together your faculty and our training staff to begin a series of step-by-step lessons on how to take advantage of our system. In a one-on-one atmosphere we spend as much time as needed with each and every faculty member, regardless of their computer literacy or technological efficiency. We start with the basics and work through to some of the more advanced features. Step by step instructions are always provided so that faculty members have the ability to practice on their own.

The entire school-wide community receives their very own welcome kit that includes their personalized username and password, email address, and basic instructions for logging-in, changing their password, and accessing key features. Because our solution is web-based, updates are applied instantaneously: this means all posted material appears in real-time, so, all issues, bugs, or problems that may occur can be fixed and applied system wide, without interruption, so that each user can continue regular use of the software.
