by a team of young, innovative, resourceful, and ambitious
individuals who each bring a unique talent and prospective
to the company. Each member of our team possesses a dedication
and commitment to the market and people we serve. Prior
to joining Spiral Systems our executives enjoyed success
with several other companies both large and small in
a number of diverse industries. We have come together
with a common goal and common purpose, that being to
use the knowledge and experience we have garnered through
the years - to provide schools and communities with the
tools they need to maximize academic success.

Reuben Kerben
is Founder, and Chief Executive
Officer at Spiral Systems and is responsible for
overseeing Spiral’s
day-to-day operations. Reuben received his Bachelor
of Science degree in Finance and Business Management
from the Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University.
Reuben is a frequent speaker at several academic
and technology forums, and most recently was a featured
speaker at the Minnesota Independent Schools Forum.
Reuben’s entrepreneurial experience includes
over five successful startups, demonstrating a proven
ability to capitalize on emerging opportunities, as
a keen Internet strategist, entrepreneur and developer
of innovative technologies. His well-seasoned perspective
perfectly complements Spiral’s needs as a young
and rapidly growing software company with a unique
corporate culture.

Joshua Wein
is President of the company, and manages our internal
research, development, and assurance initiatives.
He graduated Syracuse University where he majored
in Information
Technology & management and minored in Entrepreneurship
and Emerging Enterprises. He was a member of the
school's Entrepreneurial and Investment Club, and
was finalist
in their Business Plan Competition.

Daniel Goldberg
is director of communications, and is responsible
for our marketing, advertising, and public relation
strategies.
He is a Phi Beta Kappa, Magna Cum Laude graduate
of Binghamton University and has had a plethora
of communications
experience. Daniel honed his skills helping to launch
Stuff Gamer, a video games magazine published by
Maxim and has also worked as a sports reporter
covering minor
league baseball. In addition, Daniel has a wealth
of freelance writing experience that he brings
to the
company.

Dr. Lance Sheena
oversees the development of the technology into Spiral’s
product lines. He received his doctorate from Oregon
State University after specializing in Children’s
Education. He happily brings his wealth of knowledge
as a programmers and student advocate to the company
and is an invaluable asset for development of our
new technologies.

Tracy Stein
is Director of Business Operations, she is chiefly
responsible for the management of commercial
and strategic alliances, new business opportunities,
and compliance regulations
for our School Information System and our other corresponding
Content Management and Data Implementation Services.
Tracy received a B.A. in Management from New York
University, and prior to joining Spiral worked
for America On Line.

Rabbi Yamin Levy
is Spiral’s Educational Consultant. Rabbi
Levy has been a teacher for over three decades
and is more
than familiar with the needs facing teachers as well
as administrators, parents, and students. As an advocate
for children and academic excellence, he continually
thinks of new ideas and finds new avenues for using
technology to better education, which can assist
parents, schools and children to better support
each other in
their efforts to enhance cooperation and communication
between parents and their children's educators. |
