Spiral Software Systems is a single software suite that manages every aspect of your school by storing all information in a secure central database allowing you access to critical data when you need it. Our features provide support for administrative scheduling and event planning, academic records, admissions, registration and enrollment, human resources, health records, billing and accounting, transportation, cafeteria, electronic grading, attendance and discipline, electronic communication, digital storage, assessment and reporting, and so much more! Because our system is web-based there is no limit on the information we can store. We encourage schools to provide us with as much information as possible as it will encourage greater use of the system by parents, students, and faculty, and thus provide the school community with greater benefits and a higher return on its investment.

All information on our site - regardless of its importance - is protected by industry standard security methods. Information gathered is NEVER available or accessible to the public through the internet, or to users who are not supposed to have access to that information. Rights and privileges may be assigned for each category of information available on the system – limiting who may access specific information. For example, an administrator may choose to allow certain teachers to view a student’s academic record but block that privilege from other teachers. Spiral Systems is extremely proud of our security features and is continually working to ensure that we have the latest technologies to protect all your data.
